The City of Omaha provides residential trash, recycling and yard waste collection as a city service, done citywide by one contractor, FCC Environmental (the contractor since the end of 2020). Trash goes in a black-lid 96-gallon cart, which also takes yard waste, and is collected weekly. Recycling (green-lid cart) is every other week on the same day, by Group A or B. Find your day and group with the Wasteline Collection Day Finder. When one of the six observed holidays falls on a weekday, that day's pickup and the rest of the week's are delayed one day (Friday moves to Saturday). Weekend holidays have no effect.
