Clean Bin System
Terms of service
Last updated October 14, 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Taylor Brewster, a sole proprietor in Texas, doing business as Clean Bin System (“Clean Bin System”, “we”, “us”). “You” means the business that signs up and the person who signs it up. They cover the back office, the driver app, the sign-up pages and customer accounts we host for your business, and everything else we provide at cleanbinsystem.com (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms for your business.
- Give us accurate details about your business, including the details we use to register your texting number, and keep them up to date.
- Keep your sign-in details private. You’re responsible for what happens under your account, including what your team members do.
- You can add owners, office managers, technicians and sales reps. Make sure they follow these terms.
2. Free trial
- New businesses get 3 days with every feature. To start the trial, you choose a plan and add a card. The trial starts when the card is added.
- Nothing is charged during the trial. When it ends, your plan’s first monthly payment is charged to that card, and the plan renews each month after that until you cancel.
- To avoid any charge, cancel from your plan page before the trial ends. You can also change plans during the trial; you’re charged for the plan you’re on when it ends.
- If you cancel, or your account was set up without a card and the trial ends without a plan, your account is paused: your sign-up page shows that it’s paused, and automatic texts, emails and charges stop. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan turns everything back on.
- One free trial per business. We may change or end the free trial for new sign-ups at any time.
3. Plans and billing
- Plans are billed monthly, in advance, through Stripe, at the prices on our pricing page when you subscribe. Your first payment is taken when your free trial ends.
- If you switch plans, the change applies right away. Stripe credits the unused part of the old plan and charges the new one for the rest of the month on your next invoice.
- Each plan includes a number of text segments a month and a number of technicians on routes. Texts over your allowance are billed after the month ends, at your plan’s rate per text.
- Plans renew every month until you cancel. You can change or cancel your plan any time from your plan page, and you keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
- Fees aren’t refundable, except where the law requires. Prices don’t include taxes, which we add where required.
- If a payment fails, we’ll try it again. If it stays unpaid, we may pause your account until it’s paid.
- We’ll email you at least 30 days before we raise the price of your plan.
4. Payments from your customers
- Your customers pay you through your own Stripe account, which you connect to the Service. You’re the seller to your customers; we aren’t a party to those sales.
- Your use of Stripe is governed by Stripe’s agreements with you, including the Stripe Connected Account Agreement. You’re responsible for your refunds, chargebacks, Stripe fees and taxes.
- We charge a platform fee of 1% of each card payment your customers make, except tips, collected through Stripe. The fee isn’t returned when you refund a payment.
- Until you connect Stripe, payments go through a test processor and no real money moves.
5. Texts and emails
- The Service sends texts and emails to your customers on your behalf: texts from a toll-free number registered to your business, and emails with your business’s name.
- You’re responsible for having your customers’ permission to text and email them, and for following the laws and rules that apply, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, CAN-SPAM, state laws, carrier rules and the CTIA messaging guidelines. The Service records opt-ins, honors STOP replies and adds unsubscribe links, but you decide what is sent and to whom.
- You authorize us to register a toll-free texting number for your business with the carriers through our messaging provider, using the details you give us. Carriers decide whether to approve a number and may filter or block messages, so we can’t guarantee approval or delivery.
- Your texting number is provided as part of the Service and may not be transferable if you leave.
- Don’t send messages your customers didn’t agree to receive, advertising for other businesses, or anything illegal, misleading or harmful.
6. Your data
- You own the information you and your customers put into the Service, such as customer records, addresses, plans, payments, messages and photos (“Your Data”).
- You give us permission to host, copy, process and display Your Data only to run, support and improve the Service for you, and as the law requires. We don’t sell Your Data, and we don’t use your customers’ information to market to them ourselves.
- You’re responsible for giving your customers any notices the law requires and for having the right to give us their information. Each sign-up page comes with ready-made terms and a privacy policy that you can use or replace with your own. Have them reviewed for your business.
- You can export customers, payments and reports as spreadsheets at any time. If your account closes, ask us within 30 days and we’ll help you get your data. After that we may delete it, except records we’re required to keep.
- How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to:
- break the law or help anyone else break it;
- send spam or messages people didn’t agree to receive;
- upload viruses or other harmful code;
- get into accounts or data that aren’t yours;
- interfere with, overload or disrupt the Service;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, or use it to build a competing product.
8. Services from other companies
The Service relies on other companies, including Stripe for payments, Twilio for texting, an email delivery provider, Google Maps for addresses, and hosting and database providers. Their services have their own terms. We aren’t responsible for their outages or decisions, such as a carrier rejecting a texting number.
9. AI assistants you connect
- You and your team can connect AI assistants, such as Claude or ChatGPT, to your account. An assistant acts as the person who connected it and can see and change what that person’s role allows, so treat a connection like a sign-in.
- Changes an assistant makes count as made by that person. Before an assistant cancels a plan, refunds or credits money, changes prices, or texts or emails your customers, the Service has it show you the change and wait for your yes. You’re responsible for what you approve.
- The company behind the assistant receives what the assistant reads from the Service, under your own agreement with that company, and its terms apply to that. You can disconnect an assistant at any time in Settings.
10. Changes to the Service
We work to keep the Service running and your data safe, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change, add or remove features. If a change substantially reduces what your plan includes, we’ll tell you before it happens.
11. Pausing and closing accounts
- You can stop using the Service and cancel your plan at any time.
- We may pause or close your account if payment is overdue, if you break these terms, or if your use puts others at risk, for example by texting people without their permission. When we reasonably can, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.
- Parts of these terms that are meant to last, such as fees you owe, your data, disclaimers and limits of liability, continue after your account closes.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Routes, drive times, reports and estimates are tools to help you; check them before you rely on them.
13. Limits of liability
- To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, even if we were told they were possible.
- Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Your responsibility to us
You’ll defend and compensate us for claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your services to your customers, the messages you send through the Service, Your Data, or your breach of these terms or the law.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we agree to their jurisdiction.
16. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell you by email or in the back office at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after that, the new terms apply.
