Every cleaning on trash day, on the same streets
Draw your service area, and each customer’s cleanings fall on their trash day in a repeating four-week cycle. Neighbors end up on the same day, so your routes stay tight as you grow.

Draw where you work
Click around a neighborhood on the map, import a shape from Google My Maps, or type the points. Before you save, the map shows which homes would join the zone and which would leave it.
- Draw on the map, import KML or GeoJSON, or type coordinates
- A preview of every home that joins or leaves
- Close a zone to new sign-ups without touching current customers
- Homes outside every zone are listed so you can place them

A four-week cycle that keeps neighbors together
Each zone works certain weeks of a repeating four-week cycle. A customer is placed in one week of it on their trash day, so the same streets come up on the same days. New sign-ups join the nearby group or the one with the most room, your choice.
- Route groups: one zone, one week of the cycle, one weekday
- Clean on trash day, or the day after where pickup runs late
- Group health: filling up at 16 customers, full at 30
- Rebalance moves customers to another week and tells them
Every plan keeps its rhythm
Plans of four weeks or more run on the zone’s working weeks. Weekly plans run every week. Bins on two trash days become one stop each day, and every-other-week pickup only gets cleaned in pickup weeks.
- Every 4, 8 or 12 weeks stays on the same week of the cycle
- Monthly plans on the same weekday each month
- Bins on different trash days, each cleaned on its day
- Every-other-week pickup cleaned only in pickup weeks, right after they’re emptied

Hauler holidays and your days off
Give each zone its trash hauler and add the hauler’s holidays. Pickups that week move a day or more, and the cleanings move with them, with a text to each customer. Your own holidays and shutdowns work the same way.
- Hauler holidays move pickups 1 to 3 days later in the same week
- Cleanings already booked that week move too, and customers are told
- Your holidays keep first cleanings off a day
- Shutdowns of up to 3 months skip or move cleanings at no charge

Skips, moves and pauses without the phone call
Customers can move their next cleaning to another of their trash days, skip one, or pause for a trip, from their account. The office can do the same for anyone, and a skipped cleaning that wasn’t paid for isn’t charged.
- Move to one of up to 8 offered dates, all on their trash day
- Skip with a reason, pause for up to 90 days
- Changing plan, bins or trash day rebuilds future cleanings
- A move to a new address finds the new zone and route
See the weeks ahead
The calendar shows booked cleanings by zone for the month and predicts the days past what’s booked, so you can see a Tuesday filling up before it does.
- Booked and predicted cleanings by day and zone
- Holidays, shutdowns and hauler shifts on the calendar
- Cleanings kept 45 days ahead, adjustable from 14 to 120
- First cleanings at least 2 days after booking, adjustable
When the bins aren’t out
Choose what happens when a stop can’t be done: wait for the next regular cleaning, or come back the next day at no charge. Anything left open is flagged the next morning.
- Next regular cleaning, or a free return the next day
- Open stops listed each morning, with an email to the owner
- Each bin’s result recorded, so you know what was missed
