Price it the way bin cleaning is priced
A price per cleaning with bins included, a price for each extra bin and each extra trash day, every 4, 8 or 12 weeks or just once. Raise prices on a date you choose, with notice.

Per cleaning, per bin
Every plan has a price per cleaning that includes a number of bins. Extra bins and bins on a second trash day each add their own price, and any bin type can carry a surcharge. Extra and emergency cleanings have prices of their own.
- Bins included per plan, from 1 to 20
- A price for each extra bin and each extra trash day
- A surcharge for any bin type, like yard waste
- Prices for extra cleanings and emergency cleanings

Any rhythm customers ask for
Plans can repeat every so many weeks or months, or happen once. New businesses start with the four plans most bin cleaners sell, already priced, so you can take a booking the first day and change prices later.
- Every 1 to 52 weeks, or every 1 to 12 months
- Monthly plans land on the same weekday each month, like the 2nd Tuesday
- One-time cleanings that invite them onto a plan afterward
- Starter plans: every 4 weeks $32, every 8 weeks $36, every 12 weeks $39, one-time $59

Contracts and early-cancel fees
Give a plan a minimum length and the system can charge a fair early-cancel fee: what the cleanings would have cost at your one-time price, minus what they paid, capped per bin. It’s off until you turn it on.
- Contract length from 0 to 60 months on each plan
- Fee capped per bin ($75 to start)
- Shown to the customer before they confirm a cancellation
- Waive it from the office with one checkbox
Prepaid bundles, intro offers and coupons
Sell a year of cleanings up front, open with a discount on the first few, or hand out a code for a flyer. Only the biggest discount applies to a cleaning, so they never stack by accident.
- Prepaid bundles of 1 to 52 cleanings, with a percent off and free cleanings
- Intro offers: a percent off the first cleanings on a price list
- Coupons in dollars or percent, for one cleaning or every cleaning
- Start and end dates, total uses, one per customer, new customers only
- Referral discount: 50% off a friend’s first cleaning to start

Different prices for different areas
Each zone uses your general prices, a lower list or a higher list, so a dense HOA can get a better rate and a far-off area can cost more. Sales tax is set per zone too.
- General, lower and higher price lists
- Office-only plans and price lists for deals you make by phone
- Sales tax per zone, from 0 to 25%
Price changes on a date
Price lists have start dates. Put next year’s prices in now and choose whether current customers move to them on that date, with an email notice the number of days ahead you pick. Otherwise customers keep the price they signed up at.
- Next year’s prices ready before January
- Move current customers on the start date, or not
- An email notice to them ahead of the change
Extra services and quotes
Pad cleaning, power washing or a commercial dumpster job: list extra services customers can ask for from their account, then quote and invoice them from the office.
- Services customers can request, with your own names and icons
- Add-ons priced each, per square foot, per hour or flat
- Quotes with deposits that customers accept and pay online
