- Nothing to pay up front
Sign up, choose a plan and add a card in about two minutes. You get a back office, a sign-up page with sample plans, and a checklist for the rest.
- Test before it’s real
Cards go through a test processor and texts are saved instead of sent until you connect Stripe and your texting number is approved.
- Cancel and pay nothing
Cancel from your plan page before the trial ends and nothing is charged. Otherwise your first monthly payment is taken when it ends.

Questions
About plans and billing
Do I need a card to start the free trial?
Yes. You choose a plan and add a card when you sign up, on Stripe’s secure page. Nothing is charged for 3 days, and if you cancel before the trial ends you pay nothing.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your plan’s first monthly payment is taken from the card you added, and everything keeps running. If you canceled during the trial, nothing is charged and your account is paused. Nothing is deleted, and choosing a plan turns it back on.
Can I change plans during the trial?
Yes. Switch on your plan page any time. You aren’t charged until the trial ends, and then it’s at the plan you’re on.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month. Change your plan or cancel from your plan page in the back office.
How do I get help?

What if I send more texts than my plan includes?
The extra texts are added to your next payment after the month ends, at 3¢ or 2¢ each. Your plan page shows where you stand during the month.
How are texts counted?
By segment, the way carriers count them: a short text is one, a long one can be two or three. The day-before reminder is usually one.
Do my customers pay Clean Bin System anything?
No. Your customers pay you, through your own Stripe account. You pay for your plan, and a 1% platform fee comes out of each card payment (not tips).
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, any time from your plan page. Every plan has every feature, so you only change for more technicians or more texts.
